OUR HIRING PROCESS

Construction equipment rental is easy with Preston Hire. Follow these simple steps and your equipment hire will be ready for pick up or delivery when you need it.

  • STEP 1: Contact Us: Submit your details and information about your project requirements and dates through our website, by email or over the phone.
  • STEP 2: Arrange Hire Plan: Our team will call you to discuss the project in depth and from there, propose the best equipment for the job, offered in line with your start date and at a competitive rate.
  • STEP 3: Equipment Delivery: After signing our hire agreement, we deliver to your depot or construction site – whichever you prefer in line with your project timelines.
  • STEP 4: Collection/Extension: Our team calls one day before the agreement expires, to arrange collection or if required, prepare an extended hire period.

We have mostly worked with Clyde, John (currently on holiday) and Robert for site team, however there has always been someone equally capable and dedicated to fill in where needed. There truly doesn’t seem to be a challenge that these lads can’t/won’t rise to meet, and we have thrown some very interesting ones at them to date! This continues upstream with excellent support from Francois and Werner, who have always been extremely prompt on catering to our site needs, understanding the constraints and being absolutely forthcoming with their knowledge and experience (critical for early and ongoing planning), and of course Scotty and Warren have had a hand in logistics planning and filling in where needed.
